Usually as a fixed price agreed in writing before the day, after we have assessed the inventory, access and schedule. The quote identifies the work, resources and timing being agreed; extra items or materially different access are discussed before additional work proceeds.

We move the hardware — racks, screens, workstations and printers. We do not decommission servers or touch network cabling, so plan for your IT provider to disconnect at one end and reconnect at the other. We schedule around them.

We carry carrier's liability insurance covering eligible items up to AUD $3,500 per item. For high-value equipment above that, we'd recommend arranging separate transit cover, and we're happy to point you in the right direction.
