About
SwiftMove is a Brisbane moving business established in 2024. Alex and Paul each bring more than five years of experience in removals and remain involved in the practical work as well as organising bookings. Our experience covers homes, apartments, businesses, heavy items and moves that run over several days.
Moving isn't really about boxes. It's about the week you spent packing, the settlement date you can't move, and the fact that everything you own is going in the back of someone else's truck. We take that seriously.
Both still work on moves, and both organise bookings. New team members learn through practical work on real moves.
Moving operations & team coordination
Alex works on moving jobs and helps coordinate the crew, logistics and customer arrangements. He and Paul support each other across the operation. New team members learn through practical work on real moves.
Slow is smooth, smooth is fast. Rushing is how things get broken.
Operations & client coordination
Paul coordinates logistics, customer communication and recruitment. He helps match the crew and vehicle to the inventory, access and timing of each move, and works alongside Alex on day-to-day operations and moving jobs.
I treat your furniture with the same care I'd want for my own.
SwiftMove began operating in 2024. Our fleet comprises four trucks with capacities of 20, 30, 40 and 42 cubic metres. We are based in Windsor and serve Greater Brisbane, with Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast work and interstate moves arranged around the route and job requirements.
Business name: SwiftMove Removals. ABN: 42 414 877 440. Business base: 16 Newmarket Road, Windsor QLD 4030, Australia. This is a service address, not a walk-in customer office. Please contact us by phone, email or the quote form.
Our own team carries out most moves. Additional workers or a transport partner may be involved when the size, schedule or interstate arrangements require it. SwiftMove remains responsible to you for the service we agree. The crew and transport arrangement are confirmed for the booking.

If we're running late you get a phone call, not a shrug. Your day is built around this.
If your job needs three movers, we'll tell you it needs three, even though two sounds cheaper on the phone.
Speed comes from technique, not hurry. Rushing is how walls get scraped and table legs get snapped.
Furniture reassembled, boxes in the right rooms, and a walk-through before we leave.

Paul & Michael were professional, relaxed, engaged and hard working. Great communicators. Totally recommend. We had a cracking bar to get upstairs. Got the job done safely and with a smile.
