How much do removalists cost in Brisbane?
Our hourly rates run from $170 to $220 depending on truck size and how many movers your job needs. A two-bedroom unit typically lands around 4-6 hours with two movers, and a three-bedroom house around 6-8. Larger homes, stairs and multi-day jobs get a bigger crew or more than one truck. Use the online estimate to get a time range for your specific move.
How much does it cost to move interstate from Brisbane?
Interstate costs depend on distance, volume and whether you need a dedicated truck or a shared load. As a guide, Brisbane or Gold Coast to another state generally falls between $2,500 and $15,000. We quote interstate jobs as a fixed price in writing, with the delivery window and deposit confirmed with it.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes. A 2-hour minimum applies to every booking, plus a single call-out fee that is confirmed in writing with your quote. What we don't do is bill depot-to-depot travel time on top: paid time runs from loading at your pickup address through to unloading at your delivery address, not from when the truck leaves our yard.
What is included in my moving booking?
Your agreed truck, crew, moving equipment and packing materials are included. Packing materials are included across our bookings, including materials you keep. Full packing, unpacking, putting belongings away and furniture assembly must be included in the agreed scope; the working time is charged at the agreed rate. Rubbish and packaging removal is separate.
Does the estimate include the call-out fee?
The online estimate shows a time range and crew size rather than a dollar total. Your written quote states the hourly rate and one call-out fee together, so the call-out is never added on top of a total you have already been given. The result remains an estimate based on the details supplied; we confirm the scope and pricing before you book.
Is travel between my two addresses charged?
Yes. For an hourly booking, travel from the pickup address to the delivery address is part of the paid moving time. This is separate from the call-out component that covers dispatching the crew to your booking.
